Pros
- i also am starting vyvanse soon and i know that magnesium and l theanine are supposed to help it work better somehow.
- Parent context: I have adhd and take vyvanse 30 mg daily for it. I was vaping near constantly for the last 18 months. I’m on day 24 of quitting. Reply: Even with vyvanse I’m just now getting back my focus.
- It has literally been life changing for me. It's a little different for everyone, and there are definitely some symptoms when starting, but I want to stress that, they are relatively mild if you manage them and get the correct dosage(I t...
Cons
- Per the approval of my OB and psych, I am also taking Vyvanse this pregnancy. It says it’s safe to take while breastfeeding.. but to watch the baby for side effects... which makes me nervous.
- Note: I take vyvanse, which makes me forget to eat.
- I tried Adderall, Ritalin, Vyvanse - nothing worked properly. Either no effect or terrible side effects.
- Unfortunately, Vyvanse only helps to a limited extent in my case. It takes the edge off, but it doesn’t magically solve the problem of getting started or staying focused on the right things.
- You don’t need Vyvanse to study; you use it as a substitute for the discipline you haven’t cultivated.

I need to take it for nitric oxide and vasodilation effects as I currently take an ADHD med (Vyvanse, a stimulant) which has vasoconstriction side effects.
It has literally been life changing for me. It's a little different for everyone, and there are definitely some symptoms when starting, but I want to stress that, they are relatively mild if you manage them and get the correct dosage(I take Vyvanse which has a more mild onset).
In Colombia I used something similar to Vyvanse ( or something like that)
