Samsung Q990 series is gonna be your best option for that budget. There a few different letters that denote model year, but even older ones are decent so if you find one as a decent price it's worth a look.

For that price get a Samsung Q990 series. Beats both of those sets easily for pretty much similar price. You don't need the newest version of it either. Everything from Q990B and up will perform very similar.

Samsung Q990 series pricing is so good that it really does not make sense to spend twice (or more!) on Sonos.

The Q990 series is a great value. If you put the rears up front and set them to front mode, and place the sub well, I imagine it will be MUCH better than an Arc Ultra on its own.
