If you want a skyline view, Horizon 22 and the Lookout are free vs climbing the o2
Honestly the better of the two viewpoints anyway — higher, cleaner views, and the kids loved it.
If you are at Leadenhall anyway, book to go up Horizon 22 or The Lookout viewing gallery, they are right there.
