Definitely the museum gift shops! Tate, Tate Modern, London Transport Museum, Royal Academy, Natural History Museum, V&A, Imperial War Museum, the British Museum, Tower of London, probably almost any museum you can think of.
Tower of London has all the crown jewels and plenty of history too.

For Tower of London, I would book tickets ahead, and if you really want to see the Crown Jewels, consider buying one of those “skip the line” tours. If you can get to the Tower VERY EARLY so that you’re at the head of the line when they open the gates, you might be able to avoid waiting in an hour-plus-long wait to see them. But I got there at 9 or 10 am (slowed down by my traveling companion) and the line was already 2 or 3 hours long, and (I knew from a previous visit) you get about 5 seconds to look at the jewels as you are herded along like cattle.
The Keys ceremony at the Tower of London is I think usually around 9 pm.
Do join a beefeater-led guided tour at the Tower, very educational and entertaining.
