Pros
- I create individual workouts in Connect and add sets, repetitions and weight. Upload to watch and then when doing the workout I adjust the actual weight and reps if different as I cool down at the end. Works pretty good.
- I had a similar experience, but my cardiologist agreed to look at my data in Garmin Connect after I kept insisting something was off and the data reflected it.
- I like my Garmin ecosystem and Garmin Connect.
- Having everything in one place in Garmin Connect is super helpful to me. ... Being able to see estimated BMR, Active Calories, Intake Calories, and Weight all in one place is great for me to key in on trends and cause/effect.
- And with the Garmin Connect software on my phone all the data is stored and analyzed. It is a complete training infrastructure.
Cons
- It was do long that Garmin thought it was a night sleep and assigned a score to it. Lets see what Connect will say to my night sleep that will follow, a 6ish hour nap? It also reduced my training readiness
- They literally just regurgitate the at a glance tiles lol.
- Active intelligence is more than a joke - its pathetic but also kinda hilarious how bad it is. I am getting over a cold and did a quick boxing and weights workout at the gym due to snow. Needless to say, I quickly cancelled the trial and...
- It's complete trash priced at a level comparable to a streaming service.......
- It's wild that they're gatekeeping features behind a paywall when we already dropped hundreds on their watches. The AI blurbs are just annoying fluff too - nobody asked for that garbage cluttering up the interface

Active intelligence is more than a joke - its pathetic but also kinda hilarious how bad it is. I am getting over a cold and did a quick boxing and weights workout at the gym due to snow. Needless to say, I quickly cancelled the trial and can't comprehend how anyone thinks this is worth $80 a year.

Only sub if you don’t know what to do with your money and want additional badges. Garbage.
The summary was OK but not worth paying the subscription. But annoyingly, the Connect app screen now has the useless AI generated blurbs that add nothing of value and take screen space so I now have to scroll down further to reach information I actually find interesting.
I like my Garmin ecosystem and Garmin Connect.
