  • My brain likes the progression system and data collection of zwift. Nice little hits of dopamine.
  • I just started using zwift last winter and absolutely love it. I got my brother and a friend started a few months ago and we ride together like once a week a thousand miles apart.
  • But if you’re on Zwift why not follow one of their workout plans or ride up alpe du Zwift occasionally and see if you can improve your time.
  • That app keeps me sane on my treadmill long runs during marathon season.

Parent context: I use an Apple Watch when riding outdoors (dedicated HRM when on the indoor setup with Zwift) and the Relative Effort feature is how I’m determining my very unscientific conclusion that MTB>Gravel>Road for my efforts. Reply: Would this be fairly similar to Strava’s “Relative Effort” feature?
