Really, really good deal. I bought my wife a pre-built 9800x3d and 5080 build for $2600. You are getting high quality parts for $300 less than that. I'd pull the trigger.

Unless he is asking for extra cash ontop your 9070xt, I would not trust that the 5080 is running optimally/something happened to it
My 5080FE had it when I got it, then a few days later my second NVMe arrived in the mail and I had to remove and reseat the GPU to install the NVMe, and when I put it back together the whine was gone altogether.
Most of them don't even have a photo of the physical gpu they just smashed some 3d model on there or just took a photo of the package.
Even if they just wanted the card for aesthetics, they could easily sell a 5080 FE for significantly more than a 9070XT is worth, buy a *new* 9070XT, amd pocket the difference.
I waited 2 months but I eventually was able to snag a 5080 FE for $999 three weeks ago.
