Ubiquiti UniFi U7 Pro XGS

Pros

• I have 3 XGS wall mounted and am pretty happy about it.
• Six U7 Pro XGSs and one U7 Pro Outdoor. It’s a big house, plus the detached garage and pool house.
• I have a good UniFi stack now, with a U7 Pro XGS just in.
• I own an U7 Pro XGS with the latest firmware and been working fine, this is the transfers rate that im getting with OpenSpeedTest
• considering it's only like £20 difference and XGS has zero delay DFS and fanless design, probably a better choice to go for?

Cons

• That AP is the U7 Pro XGS and it's placed in the center of the room.
• I bought a U7 pro XGS for the garage and I’m in two minds whether I need it or not due to the coverage of the E7 as I still get a good 300Mbps in the garage.
• The XGS actually runs about 3 degrees centigrade hotter than the U7 Pro Max with similar workloads.
• I found that the wave patterns on the XGS don't look as good (atleast to me and my setup) for 6GHz.
• If you want a more direct product replacement to the U6 Pro that would be the U7 Pro Max or the U7 Pro XGS but unless you want or need the "dedicated spectral scanning engine for interference-free WiFi in demanding, large-scale environme...
