U7 Pro XG

Pros

• I have a 4 floor house with 3 U7 Pro XG covering it all wonderfully.
• The current sweet spot for a ceiling mounted "flagship AP" seems to be the U7 Pro XG.
• I have to say the U7 XG will be superior for your specific situation. ... the U7 XG supports multilink operation for compatible devices, so it will have an increasing advantage in providing higher bandwidth to each device as more devices...
• Home use, XG. Business, U6E, it's more stable and will handle a higher amount of clients at once.
• I really like my XGs and am happy I went with them. Great coverage, looks, and speed.

Cons

• I had a similar issue when I got a U7 Pro XG. A month later I was having issues with smart devices connecting and sometimes all of my networks would just die despite having a U7 Pro running as well.
• I tried with 2 x U7 Pro XG, horrible speeds and performance.
• U7 Pro XG is only a $10 premium over the U7 Pro. Hard to justify a 40% price increase for a port that can’t be utilized fully and a slightly different package.
• I have a 3000 sqft house and I have installed 4 U7 Pro XG and 1 U7 In-Wall. Getting frustrated because there is a noticeable lag switching between ap’s. I’ve already adjusted the WAPs power levels and configured different channels for ea...
• It looks like both the Pro and Pro XG run at basically the same temperature.
