I dont have any experience with their OLED lineup but i had the Mini LED here to test. For brighter content it was fine, but i didnt like their Local Dimming algorhythm as it was a blooming nightmare for me.
Apart from a very slight backlight bleed on the top left corner, it's the nearest I've ever got to a perfect monitor of its size and specs.
Everything else is better on the Phillips, with no burn in, no annoying fan, no luminance adjusting algorithms that ruin the brightness uniformity, better picture quality, better colors (subjectively), extremely better brightness (although I keep it at around 15/20, still may be a plus for some) and the most important of all, extremely better text clarity.
The local dimming is decent for slow paced gaming (can't keep up with fast moving games) and movies, not great for daily usage though.
Philips Evnia 32M2N6800M (4k 32' 144hz IPS mini LED) - 1152 zones (almost no blooming, but a lot of inverse blooming, worse IMO. Reflections were horrendous, almost as bad as a TV)

I got the Philips 32m2n6800m. The HDR works very good, it's bright enough in SDR as well and I'm very happy with the image Quality. First thing I did was Play Cyberpunk on it with the HDR1000 mode. That was amazing compared to my VA 1440p Samsung I had before that.
I also saw some examples on mini led where if you use dark code editor (as in my case I use) there is a lot of blooming that you can see on the monitor.. Quite unfortunate
Additionally, I think the mini-led phillips panel has dark smearing which will be really unfortunate for gaming.
I bought a Mini-Led monitor ( Philips 32M2N6800M ) a week ago. It's the cheapest one I can get where I live. Also, there are not many options out there ( for 32" ). So far the local dimming performance is below my expectations.
