Pros

  • Nakamichi Shockwafe Wireless. There's no better option. Sounds better than the JBL. Better than the Sonos.
  • The shockwafe wireless gets just as loud and can perform the same as the dragon I even like the 10in woofers better than the 8’s that the dragon comes with
  • The shockwafe wireless is honestly a step up from the dragon unless you have the dragon with the 12’s. The atmos on the shockwafe is magnificent for a soundbar
  • Parent context: I mean between getting this or Sonos but I like that those one supports Dts x Reply: The shockwafe wireless is way better than the Sonos arc ultra I’ve had both
  • Nak places a lot of emphasis on making things straightforward for their users from my experience fiddling with the Dragon at my brother's place, so the Shockwafe just seemed like a better deal all around.

If you can double your budget the Nakamichi shockwafe wireless is $1699 right now and it is the absolute best soundbar setup by far.

You should check out the Nakamichi shockwafe wireless also that is an awesome system and it’s only $1699 right now. If you are an absolute bass hound it uses 2 ported down firing 10in subs. The rear speakers and soundbar are really really good also and it’s all wireless like the 990 series. It’s a 2300 watt system so it’s extremely loud and hits hard.

You should ditch the Sonos Idea and go for something else. JBL 1300 II, Samsung 990d or Nakamichi shockwafe wireless are all much better choices
