M3 Max MacBook Pro

Pros

• I have even done some light video work on it. (Obviously nothing very serious, that's for my M3 Max)
• my use case relies heavily on both GPU and CPU so the m3 max definitely is a much much much better one, task that used to take 20-30 mins now is no more than 7-8 mins
• the m3 max just straight up smoked that '19.
• Also you can get an M3 Max 1TB 36GB ram for $1800 on eBay; that would be a good value too.
• Till then I don’t think anything will give me a sufficient performance increase over my M3 Max to justify the spending.

Cons

• So um excuse me for being dumb, but I got a refurbished M3 Max and noticed the keyboard isn’t the one I’m used to
• Replaced it with an m3 max 18 months ago but still use the intel for stuff.
• (I also have a 16” M3 Max.)
• if I can't I may just bite the bullet and finance a M3 max from Best Buy
• I have owned both an M2 MacBook Air and now an M3 Max MacBook Pro. My Pro is wayyyy overkill for what I need, and in hindsight I’m not sure it was a necessary purchase.
