LG S80TR

Pros

• The LG S80tr has the better soundbar that sounds open and clear with better highs than the Bravia.
• My experience has been amazing so far. Incredibly simple to set up. With good content, the surround sound experience is amazing. ... The bass is adequate for myself, and wife also appreciates it. ... Also, dialogues are very clear.
• I just go an lg s80tr from Amazon for that price. It does have rears but they are completely wireless, individually powered so you can put them where you want.
• If you would like to stay with LG, go for an S80TR or a 90TR. Those will give you proper 5.1 performance with some upwards firing perfomance
• On paper, LG S80TR feels like the more advanced bar with wifi, LG's WOW features, front firing speakers (I have 3 meters ceiling so I'm not sure if that will worth) & video passthrough without an extra box for the rear speakers.

Cons

• I currently have an LG S80tr and I am looking to return it.
• It's an okay system and I could probably live with it but I think i expected more in terms of surround/height so i find that I'm constanly tweaking with the settings instead of just enjoying a movie or series!
• The only reason I'm considering the S80TR is the LG compatibility with the tv. just wondering how you came to your selection?
• Just got LG S80TR system bundled with my new LG OLED. Coming from an old Bose Accoustimass 1500 wired to Yamaha Receiver.
