If you need to host yourself, probably Keycloak.
Our small dev team switched to keycloak (https://www.keycloak.org/) instead of bespoke auth for each app and it's been amazing. Easy to integrate, easy to upgrade, more features than we need.
Some may use third party solution .. like keyclock to store all those info.
Keycloak was overkill.
