certain user interface solutions are crappy and counterintuitive but overall it is not that different from 10 imo performance wise, for me it messed up MSFS 2020 (which was borderline before, I don't have a PC good enough to run MSFS in VR, but I do). After some tweaks and maybe windows and/or MSFS updates, the game became usable again. Still borderline, but again hardware is limiting.
