In windows 10 I received the error that recent hardware changed were detected, but microsoft support refused to help me because windows 10 is end of support.
I've grown tired of MS and windows, especially with their constant ads, irrelevant stats, AI bullshit and especially them making the software more "simple" for the less techy people, at the expense of those of us who know what they're doing

There's your problem. I just don't get it. Why people waste time on all kinds of shit and posting on reddit. Just do a fresh clean system install and reset bios to defaults. You'll then know that is not software related.
I have to check the Event Viewer to determine how long it's been on and what the fuck woke it up in the first place. It usually says "USB Composite Device" which boils down to my webcam or microphone since my game controller is disconnected and my trackball is turned off.
10 is end of life.
you can get updates for 1 more year on 10. after that its 11, linux, or running 10 without updates or support
