Junghans Max Bill

I came from a everyday micro brand (Erebus) and an occasional dress watch (Junghans Max Bill).

I think this was a better choice than the Nomos, in my opinion at least.

I really like the simplicity of the Bauhaus influenced design. I usually opt for a date function, but I felt this watch was so clean without it. ... It looks like a great watch.

Parent context: Care to share a pic? My grandfather has a Meister he bought in the 60s I didn’t know about until a few weeks ago. I also have the green Meister Chronoscope and was fascinated by the fact that we basically bought the same watch 60 years apart Reply: Here’s a pic! Love it.

Anyway, beautiful, simple watch (I’m a sucker for domed glass), not too big, really smooth on the wrist (17 cm wrist).

The Junghans Max Bill/Sternglass Naos have a bit of a domed crystal but it's not nearly as prominent

The Junghans Max Bill (bottom centre) and Tissot Heritage 1938 (top left) see the most wrist time because they’re easy to set, and have sapphire crystals and Arabic numerals.
