IWC. When you eye sight starts to fail you can easily read the numbers.
As an everyday watch I would definitely take the IWC. Why? Because: it's more versatile (black and simpler design in general), looks better on a leather strap imo, and it has a date.
IWC. It's more versatile and can be dressed up. You could wear it anywhere, anytime.
I'd chose the IWC but on their bracelet. It is genuinely one of the most comfortable bracelets I've ever worn.
