Henson AL13+

Pros

• Astra always pairs well with my Henson.
• Henson AL13+ and Feather blades worked great for me once I stopped going ATG on my neck, started using cold water, and figured out the J-Cut for my whirlpool.
• I liked the Henson AL13 a lot but after three shaves, the 6S feels like it's an absolute step up in every way.
• i've been using a Henson AL13+ (the mild one) on my neck for three or four weeks, now, and the result is far more comfortable than my cartridge razor gave me.
• I also have the AL13 which I take on holidays. I prefer the mild over the medium because I can get the same results but find it easier with the mild one.

Cons

• In thepast weeks, I asked about good alternatives to the Henson AL13+ since it was too mild for me.
• I like the lightness on this one but I think I should’ve gotten the Medium one :( I want to try a different brand and a aggressiveness somewhere in between those two razors
• I was going about to buy the henson AL13, but it's a pricey razor so I wanted first to know about y'all opinion.
• It took me forever to choose between the Henson AL13 and Merkur 34C
• Henson AL13 is nice, if a tad too mild. Best to pair with an aggressive blade. Can have a suction drag feeling due to razor head geometry.
