32gb 2x16 6000 cl30 is good , you can also aim for 5600 cl 36 if you get a x3d chip because they don’t care about ram speed and timings so much .

I bought 6000 / cl30 myself. For one year I was happy with everything until one day I realised my xmp wasn't enabled and it was running at 4800. You won't notice the difference.

If its for gaming get the CL 30 if its for anything else 48 is fine. There is quite a big difference in thoes timings you might gain about 10%+ CPU performance.
