My thoughts were the 7800X3D cpu, the 16gb 5070ti, and 32gb of DDR5-6000, with a motherboard depending on what's available at the time. Not bleeding edge, not a slouch either.
6000 vs 5600 will give you potentially 1 fps, if there's even any difference at all. Don't worry about it.
I'd rather run 32gb at ddr5 4800 than 16gb at ddr5 6000.
The way AMD works is you want to match the infinity fabric to the ram speed for ideal performance. This means in general (and this is overly simplified) you want 6000mhz ram with the lowest possible timings.
I used the same configuration and he's using the same CPU as me, the only difference is that he has 6000MHz RAM and I have 2666MHz. From what I'm seeing, that seems to give him significantly better performance.
So I would try the faster (6000mhz) one and see for yourself if it'll work. Not all CPUs in any given SKU are built equally, you could have got on the silicon lottery and got a really good 9600x that can handle it.
I'm pretty sure gamernexus did a test on this but I can't remember which x3d chip they used but they compared 6000 ram with like 4200 and it was 5% different. So from 6000 to 6400 you probably won't be able to tell
