At Microcenter, get the Cooler Master Hyper 212, Thermalright Assassin X120 Refined SE, or Montech NX400; elsewhere, you might get these ones or the ID-Cooling SE-214-XT/Thermalright Burst Assassin/Assassin King cheaper.
Hyper 212 is a little underpowered for the 9800X3D.
If you can get a single tower cooler with a 120mm fan, like a DeepCool AG400, Thermalright Assassin X Refined 120 SE, or Cooler Master Hyper 212, those are often less that you can get a Wraith Prism for and are objectively better coolers.
The Hyper 212 isn't a great option.
