• An alternative might be Citi. They have American as a partner now, so you could get a Strata card and start earning toward that.
• Citi Strata (3X transit + 3X groceries + 3X gym)
• Since the CS card in a no annual fee card that one is a must for the 30k sign up bonus
• yeah i have 28000 thank you points, which with my current card would be 19,600 AA miles, vs 28,000 with the Citi Strava.
• Look into Citi Strata, Double Cash and Custom Cash. They all have written in their promo: Low intro APR for 15 months on balance transfers and purchases...

Cons

• The Strata has nerfed transfer partner value (1:0.7) and has foreign transaction fees.
• The strata has nerfed transfer ratios vs the strata premier or elite.
• I was thinking about the new Citi Strata, but I heard that your points are worth less for cashback.
• Cards being considered: AmEx Platinum, Citi Strata
• You could also get the Citi strata cards since they also transfer to JetBlue at 1:1 but it's harder to get the points you would need compared to chase.
