• if you're going to use it internationally maybe consider the Capital One Quicksilver (1.5% on all)
• For your second card I'd probably go with a Chase Freedom or Capital One Quicksilver since you've got decent income.

• In a Year or two, look at Pre-approvals from Capital One, you will most likely be able to get a Quicksilver card, if you can, get one obviously.

Cons

• For the Platinum, you can check it in the Capital One app periodically for offers to upgrade it to a Quicksilver.
• Quicksilver is a below average card, I’d say product change to the Savor and apply for the Venture X.
• I wouldn't PC the Savor to the Quicksilver. The Savor is a card that stays useful even for people with late-game setups, whereas the Quicksilver is easily surpassed by other options you'll be able to get later.
• Parent context: Chase Freedom Rise and Capital One quicksilver are both great cards to build credit plus start earning some rewards. Reply: OP has had their starter card for nearly 3 years now, and the Rise and Quicksilver are great 1.5%...
