3070. I play competitive fps on the 1080 240hz and exact settings on my 1440p 165hz looks infinitely better
I built my current PC in 2020 and finding a 3070 near msrp was such an insanely difficult task and I still ended up paying $50 more than that.
also the 9060 xt is a new card and is much longer supported and comes with a warranty, whereas the 3070 is coming up to 5 years old, and doesn’t come with any warranty.
So I just settled on upgrading my video card from a 3070 to a 5070 Ti for now.
u can get a used rtx 3070 for ~20-25k and give nearly same performance as 9060xt
R5 5500 + 3070/6700XT with 16Gb 3200MHz where only gpu and ram are used is you best bet
3070 trumps it barely it only thing 9060XT 8gb offers is warranty
Same build ddr4 based preferrably intel 12th gen or amd ryzen 3000/5000 series can be easily built under 40k with rtx 3060/3070
Would recommend getting 5500 + 3070/6700XT now with 16gb 3200mhz
GPU-wise, you could probably go with a 3060 or 3070 if you're not gaming hardcore right now
