Pros

  • I just really like them in particular and am baffled they're so pricey now.
  • I love the single button! Its so easy with gloves on or other nonsense around. Audio quality on mine have been solid for the first few months.
  • Yeah my last pair snapped too is why i upgraded. I can wear mine all day and the battery may only go down 10%. Even at $100 I consider it a decent value at only paying a few cents per day of use.
  • I have the latest set. They are slightly better I guess. You can easily buy replacement pads and I can’t complain about battery life.
  • I'm on my second set of worktunes (might be 3rd but one was a fm only set like 15 years ago replaced for bluetooth). I still like them, my wife now has a set for yard work, and we've gotten them as gifts for my fil and others I think....

Cons

  • Mine died (Bluetooth no longer connects) last fall and they had already jumped up to that price then. 50% more than I paid in 2021. Pretty ridiculous considering the audio quality is meh and it only has one button.
  • My battery life on both sets diminished heavily pretty quick, but iirc they were super easy to replace. My issue was the plastic bracket to the metal shwoop. It always snapped. Easy to glue, but annoying. The rubber over the top didnt...
  • Theyre a decent enough product, but not $100 worth, the sound insulation wears out pretty quick in the cold, and the batteries in the new ones need replaced pretty quickly.
  • They are fine as ear protection but I always find that crazy. Are they usb-c yet? Mine aren’t.

My battery life on both sets diminished heavily pretty quick, but iirc they were super easy to replace. My issue was the plastic bracket to the metal shwoop. It always snapped. Easy to glue, but annoying. The rubber over the top didnt work well with hat + respirator
