Yum Asia Panda Mini

Tsuki and Panda are 1-2 person rice cookers, but cook rice as good as the cuckoo ones.

I own the Tsuki, and my mum has the panda. Personally I'd probably go for the panda... It does the job just fine, but honestly so does the panda.

I have the Yum Asia Panda Mini and I love it. I don’t know the other one but I’d totally buy mine again!

I can say that YumAsia seem to be a good brand (I recently got a Panda mini). Two notable advantages (not unique): (1) ceramic a little more reliable than teflon * (2) the cord detaches from the machine so you can swap it with a cord for whichever outlet type you use.

I got the mini. Whilst I have only used it once for some rice, I think it will fit chicken rice and broccoli for 1 person with room to spare! Going to try doing the same but for two of us sometimes soon. But definitely get it if it's just you - It'll easily do 1 person full dinners.

Yeah, that’ll work fine for 2 people. 1–1.5 cups is actually right in the sweet spot for that size, and you can definitely throw in veggies or simple one-pot stuff. Only downside is batch size — if you ever want leftovers, it might feel a bit small. Other than that, it’s a solid choice for a small kitchen.

That size should be totally fine for 2 people, especially if you’re only cooking around 1–1.5 cups of rice. ... For plain rice though, it should do the job really well, and the smaller size is usually a big advantage for storage and everyday use.
