Cuckoo

Pros

• I really like my Cuckoo. It cooks everything perfectly once you figure out the ratios
• Cuckoo is decent, but unless you’re a rice connoisseur I doubt you’ll notice a difference.
• Get a zoji, cuckoo, yum Asia or something instead
• Agreed, I love my Cuckoo. It does brown rice and quinoa just fine, as well. Fuzzy logic.
• I’ve got a Cuckoo and it’s fantastic. Afaik Zojirushi and Cuckoo are basically equivalent of each other in terms of quality.

Cons

• There is also Cuckoo “international” listed as Canadian based but made in China and I made that mistake so you don’t have to. Worked once beautifully and then never powered up again.
• I'm sure the Korean makers are fine but if you grew up with Zojirushi and Tiger the Cuckoo menus and presets are whack. ... Unless you're Korean I think you might find the Cuckoo a little weird in comparison.
• The Cuckoo I'm not sure about since it's a bit more expensive and the dimensions make it seem huge/too big for my countertop, though I know Cuckoo is one of the go to brands.
• Everywhere I’ve looked says, look at Cuckoo for rice cooker with stainless insert. I’ve seen complaints they’re too hard to clean.
