SN7100 is great. Performance is almost identical. DRAM only matters in particular workstation workloads that are thrashing the drive hard, otherwise the 7100 just uses a small chunk of system memory for that.
WD Black SN7100, WD Blue SN5100, Samsung 990 evo, Crucial T710 - are all great and about equal, effectively whatever is cheapest per GB out of those.
Either 990 pro, WD 850x or SN7100, whichever is cheaper.
SN7100 it's the best non Dram nvme for gen 4, exceptional power consumption and more advanced 3d TLC Nand so it might last longer.
