You will have to exit from arrivals, go back to the check-in desk upstairs and start again as a fresh passenger. You will have to drop your bag at the Iberia counter at least 60 mins before departure, leaving you less than 30 mins to: deplane, walk through the terminal, go through non-Schengen passport control to enter the EU, collect bags, go upstairs, wait in line, and check in again with the IB agent. As mentioned already... almost impossible.
Sorry you are still wrong and nobody gives a flying fuck about vueling writes on their website. EU passenger rights are fairly transparent and you can either look them up or just believe whatever crap Vueling is telling you

Not on the same ticket , they won’t.
But low cost airlines like Ryan or vueling has even less dimensions for personal.
I find Vueling and easyJet the most reliable choices on the low cost end.
