The scammer literally logged into the actual Volaris app using our PNR and hit 'cancel' right in front of us to make it look official.
Has anyone dealt with these 'SuperFares' people? How do I get the real Volaris to realize this was an unauthorized cancellation by a scammer so I can at least get my original $540 back or the flight reinstated?
