I've used them a few times but only for domestic flights within Vietnam and Thailand. Maybe I've been very lucky, but all four times they were punctual. They are low cost and their service is exactly what you should expect from a low-cost carrier. Pretty much Ryanair standards. For Chiang Rai to Bangkok for 10 euros I will never complain about it though.

Pretty terrible, but you'll survive. Imagine Cebu Pacific, but even more prone to delays
