Pros

  • Got the I had 600 shots UlTherapy Prime for 2,3 million. ... It was all fine
  • Both are well-established, original technologies with extensive clinical experience and long-term data behind them. When I consider results, longevity, and safety together, they are still two of the treatments I recommend most often.
  • I also got ultherapy prime. I just came back and decided to just do ultherapy prime since I don’t get to come back as often.
  • Deep sagging in the mid-cheek → Ultherapy Prime
  • Here is my go-to recommendation list: * **Skin Boosters:** RE2O, Juvelook, and Rejuran. * **Lasers & Lifting:** Ultherapy Prime, Thermage, Titanium, Body Onda, and XERF.

Cons

  • Most shots were around a 4/10, but whenever the doctor stacked multiple shots in the same area—particularly three or four consecutive shots—pain became a 6–7/10 like poking a raw, open wound.

  • The downside: It doesn't primarily melt fat, it can be expensive, and it is notoriously painful (most clinics put on strong numbing or even use sleep anesthesia).
  • I wanted to cancel Rejuran after I did my Ultherapy... it was so painful, but the doctor was so good, I told him can I stop at 520 shots (face), but he insists that I keep going... and we count down the shots together. Gosh! Tbh, this is...
  • I’ve tried Ultherapy Prime also for my nasal labial and jaw and while a lot of people notice a difference, I don’t think I saw one (I’m about 3 months out now).

Tried Ultherapy Prime this year and it was tolerable and not so bad. Definitely did not hurt as much as my 2nd Thermage session.

Ultherapy Prime is generally considered a more precise HIFU treatment with a stronger and longer-lasting lifting effect.

Ultherpy Prime has visualization and more depths, so is generally considered the best option in the US because the only other one we have is Sofwave which doesn’t go deep. Ultherapy is going to be more expensive but is the most proven.
