I booked a package holiday via TUI to Greece a few months ago and recently spoke to them over live chat to amend our hotel to a different one as well as upgrade to all inclusive... I come to check the balance when my booking updates the next day and it’s £100 more than I thought it would be. I know £100 isn’t loads but it was wrong so I got in touch with them again, only to be told no, it’s correct, ans actually the amendment fee is in addition to your holiday cost not inclusive of.
