Pros
- I sold almost all of it and got myself a bb58 that I wear daily. Turns out I mostly wore my latest watch all the time until I got a new one and the older ones was just collecting dust.
- BB58 - my first watch and could potentially be my last with how well this thing wears with nearly anything!
- I have a seamaster, bb58, and sbga375. I bought all of them grey market brand new for under $4000 USD.
- Meanwhile the Tudor was more of a slow burn. More subtle and won't knock your socks off. But the more you wear it, the more I find to appreciate. ... And I find that mine looks better and better with each little scratch. It looks worn-in...
- i say this as someone who has owned a SMP for 10+ years and have worn a bb58 almost daily for the last year
Cons
- For years I wanted a BB58. I finally got one. I had it for a year and sold it.
- They all get BB58s, Seamaster 300, AT, etc when getting the internship to fit in but then have that "oh shit I don't have the money to pay off the credit card now" moment upon rejection.
- Both watches wear beautifully on my 7' wrist. I put the BB58 on a strap because I didn't enjoy the Oyster bracelet that much, and the brown leather emphasizes the vintage feel of the watch.
- The 149 and BB58 have been diving, maybe 8 others have made it into a pool or the ocean

And I find that mine looks better and better with each little scratch. It looks worn-in like good leather shoes, not worn out like a sweater covered in pills. Which means I never really take it off.

I bought the BB58 this past November. I am absolutely in love with it. I originally wanted the Pelagos but it was just a bit too pricey at the time. Zero regrets with BB58 highly recommend it will definitely be my most worn this year
