So, I attempted to contact customer service. Oh boy. They don't have any. What they do have it some Asian call center that strangely only operates between 8:30am and 4:30 pm us easter time. Weird right. They tell you they'll make a ticket about your issue. Lie to you. Never follow up and you are stuck.
I ended up going with TravelPro and will be selling my current Large at a loss. ... I called them to ask if they could make an exception as they also advertise their luggages nesting and I intended on buying a set and you know what? They ended up giving me a 15% discount code to use which, in addition to their current sale for their Platinum Elite hardside luggage ended up being cheaper than their previous sale!
