The Thermalright Phantom Spirit 120SE is basically the best price to performance cooler on the market, and basically tied for second best air cooler straight up regardless of the price along with a number of other coolers in the $100+ price range, with only the $160 Noctua NH-D15 G2 LBC really being obviously better than the rest.
