Pros

  • I have a 13600KF and use a Thermal right Peerless Assassin 140. Temps sit at around high 60s Celcius under load.
  • Peerless Assassin 140, ID Cooling A720, Phantom Spirit, Peerless Assassin 120, ID Cooling A620 in that order imo
  • Its not like that much better but Id say its better than the Peerless assassin 120 because it has those features but thw Peerless 140 would probably be better again because of noise and a larger fin stack allowing for faster heat disapat...
  • Well out of all of these the phantom spirit is the best value but the Peerless Assassin 140mm is going to be the quietest if that matters

Cons

  • I looked at the entire line of Thermalright coolers and went over all the reviews. I actually like the look of bigger air coolers. I would consider something else of similar size and price. Want to stay at $50 or under though.

Its not like that much better but Id say its better than the Peerless assassin 120 because it has those features but thw Peerless 140 would probably be better again because of noise and a larger fin stack allowing for faster heat disapation on higher end CPUs.

The Peerless Assassin 140 is nearly as good as the A720 and like $45.

You could go with the Peerless Assassin 140 cooler rather than the 120, it wont give a huge boost in cooling performance but the bigger fans should help to cool the CPU running at lower RPM, making it slightly quieter.

And the 140 that I prefer based on size and performance is only $42. Again, I don't want a smaller 120mm cooler but thank you for the recommendation. I have looked and the entire Thermalright line and dismissed the other options.
