Thermalright has packs of pretty cheap fans. They aren't bad by any means, but they wont be #1 for noise or airflow either.
You should get better fans though. I had those fans and they ticked at certain rpms.
My other Thermalright fans have held up really well over the past year so I expect the same thing from these, and for $20CAD for a 3 pack, DAMN thats cheap.

A three pack of Thermalright fans does the trick. If you set the fan curves in UEFI it will still be almost silent.
I use these Thermalright fans and I have yet to have one go out on me across 40+ builds. For $5 a fan its pretty hard to beat.
Not sure if you had those fans for specific reasons, but buying thermalright fans in the 3 or 5 packs is a lot cheaper. The cost of the 10 fans in my list is $20 cheaper than the 8 fans in yours.
I use these Thermalright fans all the time and they work great for the function a fan is supposed to do, move cold air in and exhaust the hot air out. Less than $4 a fan with solid looking RGB and noise levels works perfect for me.
Rather than spending money on adapters or having fans that can't be controlled I would replace them with some Thermalright fans from Amazon. They are cheap, can buy some in bulk and are surprisingly decent.
