if you want to save money, get the [Thermalright Burst Assassin]

At Microcenter, get the Cooler Master Hyper 212, Thermalright Assassin X120 Refined SE, or Montech NX400; elsewhere, you might get these ones or the ID-Cooling SE-214-XT/Thermalright Burst Assassin/Assassin King cheaper.

Then get a cheap but performance cooler like a single tower Thermalright Burst Assassin or dual tower Peerless Assassin / Phantom Spirit

For a better cooler I'd get the [Thermalright Burst Assassin](https://ca.pcpartpicker.com/product/sysV3C/thermalright-burst-assassin-120-se-argb-6617-cfm-cpu-cooler-ba120-se-argb) for $30. Really any Thermalright single tower cooler will be fine, but the Burst Assassin has the most heat pipes for best cooling out of the lineup. I also use that personally to cool my 5700X3D and it does a fantastic job

For a cooling solution, a single tower air cooler like the Thermalright Burst Assassin will be sufficient, but if you have the space and want to push it to the max get a dual tower cooler like the Peerless Assassin or the slightly upgraded version, Phantom Spirit

Personally I would go with the burst assassin as it is a little smaller and easier to deal with.
