Yo if your GPU is old there's a high chance that the thermal paste is old, check your temperature.

I have found that at these temperatures the biggest problem is the thermal paste.

Seems fine, but make sure to wipe up the excess and reapply so it will spread evenly again with no air gaps
I reapplied the thermal paste and theres no change. I loaded up the practice range in rivals just to see and while my cpu is at 90-100c, my gpu is at 65c at most but is hovering around 60
