I submitted the claim and, surprisingly, they confirmed within one day that I’m eligible for €600.Now I’m just waiting for the payment and honestly don’t know what timeline to expect, especially because I’ve seen some posts saying TAP sometimes avoids paying, ignores passengers, and waits until they eventually stop demanding..
