• Parent context: After using a whole tub of 80th Anniversary, I found that SV lather is not as dense and creamy as say Stirling or Speick. It is more fluffy rather than low structure, which makes it dry on skin much faster, hence requirin...
• Nah, I get fantastic lathers with Stirling, B&M and A&E, but PAA is just different.
• No matter how much water I added, I could never get that ultra slick lather I get with Barrister & Mann or Stirling.
• Stirling for the best budget soap.
• Stirling is a very easy day trip on the train from Edinburgh and well worth it.

Cons

• I like my sterling soap smell and building a lather is easy but I am not a big fun of the lathers that I get. It dries out WAY too fast and if I add water... It just doesnt like getting back to the initial state I had it in
• I started my journey with some stirling, as im sure most of us have
• We have to pay 35 USD to get a 5.8oz bowl of Stirling here, which costs 15 USD in the USA.
• I have tried several softer soap brands like barrister and mann, stirling, and mammoth. I find I just tear through them pretty quickly
