  • I know how the Sonos Sub Mini compares to the BM700 (sub mini gives similar performance to the BM700 but not as much power).
  • I have it, 3 years now, added Sub mini this week.
  • what is nice is that you can always upgrade to a Sonos Sub Mini or full size Sub 4 (or dual subs) in the future if you want more bass. One of the major benefits of the Sonos platform.

The Arc's ultra bass should be enough for your room. I'm not sure whether you're a bass person, but if it's not sufficient, you can add the Sub Mini later.

When I had the OG Arc, I tested the Sub Mini first and it was a really incredible piece for the size. Could get impressively loud & incredibly deep, deeper than the G3 sub actually.

The Sonos Sub Mini is half the size & performs 10x better (I had a beam 2 + sub mini, & I think I could've fit 2 mini's on top of the SW5).
