- Be aware that many Shelly's rely on NTP for date/time. Only the Pro's have a built in RTC. If your device powers down or goes for extended periods without being able to contact an NTP server, it might not work.
- You could get smart switches and connect to it like a Shelly
- You can get mini-relays from zooz & Shelly but you won't find any that can squeeze 7x 15A circuits into a 3-gang box.
- Could use a relay at the light fixture or behind the switch if you like. - a Shelly or Zooz zen51.

You could install something like a shelly in the light fixtures (as they normally have neutral even if the switches don't?), and just trigger based on that and disable the actual light coming on.
Really happy with the Shelly modules I installed for lighting and hot water controls.
I recently installed shelly's in all my light switches in Sweden. To me there are a couple of advantages for modules... can't complain about the shelly switches in home assistant. Easily got automations to work using single, double, triple and long press.
