If you are in the US you might still be able to get HD6XX for aroun $200. The just get Douk U3 amplifier, JCAlly JM20 dongle DAC
If you are in the US, you could get HD6XX from Drop for $199. They are supposedly the HD650 model, which I think will be a better fit for newcomers due to being a bit warmer.
