For a game like Cyberpunk, you will severely regret it — save/spend the extra money on an SSD.

That particular HDD is built and designed for enterprise bulk storage and raid arrays, so it's not really *ideal* for your use case. They're not noise optimized at all, and are geared for power saving, so constantly try to park their reading heads/spin down as intentional behaviour.

Any hard drive is too slow for modern gaming, and will heavily affect performance and stability.

This is a bit hyperbolic, I have 5tb of varying speeds of SSD storage, along with 12 TB of HDD storage. I run games off of both, and while some games (particular modern, large open world games) run much better off SSD, many see hardly any difference.

That's sequential speeds for a Sata SSD. 7200RPM HDD would be more like 250MB/s Sequential speeds have very little relevance to load times, sequential speeds deal with single files since single files are stored as continuous blocks of data. The primary reason the load times are longer with HDD are due to the mechanical nature of hard drives, which are vastly slower for access/seek times than SSD.

No spinning metal HDD will be good for gaming. They are so dramatically slower than an SSD that it will significantly impact your gaming experience. The performance difference between any given HDD will be so small that you'll never notice it. They'll all be bad.
