Scoot is always the worst option.
I know Scoot is shorter since it's non-stop but man, 11h on Scoot is a nightmare. I'd personally take the $500 savings and fly EK.
After I bought my ticket in Trip, I tried to use the PN and search my booking in Scoot website. Of course, you have to use the last name, departure, and arrival city functions as 3rd party usually tags their email under your booking. Wel...
I was like okay how much will it be? Its 50SGD! If I add 30SGD more I can fly with Singapore Airlines. In my mind, I kinda regret not flying with Singapore Airlines just because I want to get 1k miles rewards for purchasing a Scoot flight.

I waited a few more days and gave it another try. Same error and I tried my luck to search via email - it doesn’t work either.
