My sapphire pulse is flawless, silent, rock solid and cool asf even at 100%. Can't recommend more.
I stepped from GTX 980 to this and man, it was a nice leap. I really liked the raw performance even with an i7 7700k OC.
Btw if you do get the Sapphire Nitro+, I would highly recommend getting a good power supply with a native 12VHWPR cable. The adapter is prone to burning and melting, just a heads up! Otherwise its a good card for sure. If you don't want to worry about it, just get the Pulse.
I have a classic Sapphire Pulse, temperatures are fine, the card is virtually silent. A similar experience with my other 7900xt also pulse. These are the first cards I don't tinker with stock fan settings, 0 rpm mode on or off, plug them in, forget about them.
I own a pulse and while it is a solid card, those memory temps are gnarly. Quicksilver is probably the best but overpriced so I'll say go with the swift.
Sapphire is well regarded, but I don't think that reputation is really built on the back of the recent Pulse cards.

I got my Sapphire Pulse near the end of the summer before the prices went up and I couldn't be happier, that being said you can likely go with a cheaper one and get the same results.
You can get the Sapphire Pulse and it will fit just fine in the Z20
