SanDisk V90

Pros

• Once the 10th card went belly up inside of a couple weeks since the first one died, we trashed all the PNY cards and replaced them with SanDisk - and those cards lasted at least a couple years
• If I were you, I would just get 32gb SDHC card, SanDisk, or Kingston would be my preferred
• Get an external SSD from a brand you trust. I like Samsung and SanDisk.
• Parent context: Thank you very much but the 7D uses only Cfast, the mark ii has sd and cfast. (And he's using Sandisk ones)
• For 4k60 video, a V90 is bascially a must. I use a Sandisk V90 and it’s been reliable.

Cons

• People are avoiding SanDisk these days after they had a massive incident with their firmware, and many people lost their data. SanDisk trust level is low these days.
• Heard a lot of bad stuff about San Disk…
• My anti-recommendation is SanDisk. I had one and it stopped working entirely after 3 months of very light use. It was that version with the orange open triangle at the corner.
• I had several fail in quick succession. All SanDisk. Across the company we lost dozens in a period of about three months, so we switched to Lexar.
• I have had both a Sandisk and a Angelbird card fail in my Canon R5 MkIIs.
